Podcasting & RSS
A podcast is rich media, such as text, audio or video, distributed via RSS (Really Simple Syndication). Feeds like this one provide updates whenever there is new content.

Follow your program's instructions for subscribing to rss/podcasts and modifying preference settings for updates, for example daily or weekly. You can read/listen directly from your computer through the software, or on-the-go by synching up a portable MP3 player for audio (iPod), or PDA to read newsfeeds.

To subscribe to a RSS/podcast:

  1. right-click on Pod Subscribe or RSS button
  2. copy the link (PC users: select "Copy Shortcut," Mac users: select "Copy Link Location")
  3. paste it into the subscription field of your rss/podcasting software. This process may vary depending on your software. In iTunes, for example, go to the "Advanced" menu and select "Subscribe to Podcast."
